Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the services of Erons Travel ("we," "us," or "our"). By submitting a consultation request or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Erons Travel is a luxury travel advisory providing bespoke itinerary planning, hotel and flight recommendations, booking coordination, and travel consulting services. We operate as an independent travel advisor affiliated with Virtuoso and Fora Travel.
Consultation & Planning
Initial consultations are provided at no charge for most leisure travel inquiries. For complex, multi-destination, or group itineraries, a planning fee may apply and will be disclosed before any work begins. Any planning fee is separate from the cost of travel components.
Bookings & Payments
- All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and cancellation policies of the individual suppliers (hotels, airlines, tour operators).
- Prices quoted are estimates based on availability at the time of inquiry. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking.
- Deposits and full payments are governed by the specific supplier's policies, which will be communicated to you before booking.
- We accept payment via methods agreed upon at the time of booking. Credit card fees may apply.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by supplier and are detailed in your booking confirmation. Planning fees, once work has commenced, are generally non-refundable. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Erons Travel is not responsible for losses arising from trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen events. We can recommend trusted insurance providers upon request.
Our Role & Liability
Erons Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or negligence of airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other third-party suppliers. Our liability is limited to the planning fees paid to us, if any.
We make every effort to ensure accuracy of information provided, but cannot guarantee that all details will be error-free. Travel conditions, entry requirements, and availability may change without notice.
Client Responsibilities
- Providing accurate personal and travel information necessary for bookings.
- Ensuring valid travel documents (passport, visas) are obtained prior to departure.
- Reviewing all booking confirmations for accuracy and notifying us of discrepancies promptly.
- Complying with the entry requirements and laws of all destinations visited.
Intellectual Property
All content on eronstravel.com — including text, images, itineraries, and design — is the property of Erons Travel and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Fargo, North Dakota, unless otherwise agreed.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued engagement with our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
